ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program aims to provide a basic understanding of the necessary skills a Law Student will learn while interning and practicing in the field. It is an interactive program that will help students train and develop their practical legal skills from trained professionals.
The program is an initiative to transform the minds of Law students by training them to perform the practical legal skills that they will perform in the legal sphere. Students will gain the confidence to excel and perform in any kind of field work with the necessary guidance on the relevant skillset provided by our professionals. It will help students gain an advantage in their legal career.
INSTRUCTORS
Ms. Neha Gupta is working as the Assistant Professor of Law at Kristu Jayanti College of Law, Bengaluru. She has completed her BA., LL.B. from M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru, securing the Second Rank and LL.M. (Corporate and Commercial Laws) from Amity University, Madhya Pradesh, with a Bronze Medal. After clearing her National Eligibility Test (NET) in 2018, currently pursuing her Ph.D. (Law)from Jiwaji University, Madhya Pradesh.
She has worked in various reputed educational institutions, including Amity University, Madhya Pradesh, ITM School of Law, and CMR University. She has contributed presentations and publications in leading journals such as Shodh Sanchar Bulletin (UGC Care Journal), International Journal of Law Management and Humanities, Legal Foxes Journal, and many more. She has also authored a chapter for the book entitled Business and Trade Practices during and after Corona Pandemic bearing ISBN: 978-93-88891-95-0. Also, she is the research head at VAIDHA Law Journal and a part of the editorial board for journals such as Chhattisgarh Law Journal and the Indian Journal of Socio-Legal Studies.
