"IF I HURT MYSELF, ONLY JAIL AUTHORITIES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT": Student Activist Gulfisha Fatima tells Court.

Student activist Gulfisha Fatima, an MBA Graduate who has been arrested under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, alleged before a court that she was being put through to communal slurs and mental harassment by jail authorities through video conferencing before Additional session Judge Amitabh Rawat. She purported "If I hurt myself, only jail authorities will be responsible for it." To this, the Judge asked her counsellor to submit an application regarding this.
Gulfisha Fatima has been accused of conspiracy regarding the violence in Seelampur and Jafrabad riots. It claimed that a total of 25 WhatsApp groups were generated for 25 protest sites. It was the conspirator's conceptions to camouflage the group as anti-CAA protest groups which were to be used by the plotters for guiding their foot soldiers about the violence in the area.
Communal Protest, beginning on 23 February which caused Hindu Mobs attacking Muslims left killing 53 people dead and around 200 wounded.
