Advocate to take consent for proceedings against CBI DIG for apparent physical attack on public prosecutor.

An attorney has made a manifestation to Delhi government standing Counsel Rahul Mehra striving permission for instigating criminal disdain proceedings against CBI, Deputy Inspector General Raghavendra Vats.
