Anticipatory bail granted to three women accused of assaulting Youtuber over disgracing critiques: Kerala HC

On 10th November 2020, the Kerala high court consented anticipatory bail to Malayalam film enterprise dubbing artist Bagyalaxmi and two others for allegedly assaulting a Youtuber named Vijay P Nair over the degrading comments in opposition to women.
Acknowledging the order on the bail petition documented by the three women a single-judge bench of Justice Ashok Menon while listening to the communal appeal said that in the event of their charge they should release them on bail as per the limitations determined in the decree.
In one case, the police are analysing against Sri Laxmi Arakal for sorting and endorsing offensive content through her social media Bhagya Laxmi, and two others have been booked for manoeuvre and thievery. As per the complaint reported by Nair, the woman forcibly took his laptop after assaulting him.
