Bail granted to the accused who posted against CM Yogi Adityanath with condition of not using social media for 2 years: Allahabad HC

The Allahabad HC on Monday (2nd November) with the bench of justice Siddharth was hearing the bail application filed on behalf of the applicant(Akhilanand Rao) in case crime No.500 of 2020, under sections 419, 420, 120B IPC 66D of I.T Act, police station Kotwali, district- Deoria during pendency of the trial.
The allegation against the applicant is that he made objectionable remarks against the Chief Minister of state and public representatives.
And the applicant counsel submitted that it is case of false implication by police then later with observation the court said that " let the applicant involved in the aforesaid crime be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two aubrietia each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned" and with a condition that applicant will not use social media for a period of two years or till the conclusion of trial before the Trial court.
