Delhi court-ordered the deportation of eight foreigners: Tablighi Jamaat case.

The Delhi High Court ordered eight Kazak nationals for deportation while a revision petition against their discharge is pending before the court.
The order passed by the court referred to the Supreme Court’s case in Maulana Ala Hadrami vs. Union of India.
Here, the accused was not provided with any orders for their deportation. Looking into the matter the Supreme Court directed that they are free to apply to seek their demands, and are directed to some terms and conditions.
The trial court passed the same kind of orders referring to the above Supreme Court case and ordered the deportation of those eight foreigners with a few conditions imposed onto them, which are to be followed the petitioners.
