DELHI HC to Schools in Delhi: Bridge the digital Divide, End Digital Apartheid, providing Internet Packages for online classes to EWS students

The private unaided and government schools were directed by Delhi High Court Division bench of Justice Manmohan and Justice Sanjeev Narula, to provide adequate gadgets and Internet Package to EWS Students for attending online classes.
The Division bench also suggested that the reimbursement of the cost incurred to make these facilities available would be provided by the government under section 12 if Right to Education Act.
