GGSIPU students filed a case in Delhi HC regarding hold of physical exams:

The students of the GGSIPU (Guru Gobind Singh University) filed a petition on the GGSIPU through advocates Shivam Singh and Sahil Raveen for their decision to conduct physical examination for the previous intermediate semester, tentatively from October 27, 2020. The petition seeks postponement of the exam till the time situation normalizes in the light of recent BCI clarification dated 08/10/2020. The petition has been filed by a group of students University School of law and legal studies (USLLS), Amity law school Delhi (ALSD) and Vivekananda institution of professional studies (VIPS), colleges affiliated to GGSIPU.
And they also stated that the University relied on the BCI guidelines which had been asked the law universities and colleges to conduct end semester examination the previous intermediate semester within the reasonable time after reopening of the college so the petitioners argued that the University is going against the BCI guidelines.
