Incognizance by Police Led to the Mean Spirited of Activist Khalid Saifi: Delhi Court

On Wednesday, Khalid Saifi activist of United against Hate attain bail, who was linked up with the riots held in Northeast Delhi Additional Sessions Judge Vinod Yadav stated that it is the fault off mind & police which led to guilt bearing.
The evidence which was looked by judge proves that in CCTV footage, did not see Saifi and according to prosecution, physically Saifi was not present there. The rumours arose that he had dropped principal out of the building is just baseless claims for defamation.
The court attains him bail with a bail bond of sum Rs. 20,000. Ld. Sr. Adv did the representation of the applicant. Ms Rebecca John with Adv. Shri Bhavook Chauhan, Shri Rajat Kumar, Shri Harsh Bora, Ms Pravita Kashyap, Shri Tushar Yadav & Shri Syed Atif.
And further investigation of the case was done by Crime Branch senior officers.
