Increase in the frequency of local train service improves grief of public at large:

The high court of Mumbai noted that the number of PILs in the suburban train run by central rail and west train increased during its hearing on Wednesday, seeking guidance on the place for members of the legal profession and their registered workers who are to be classed as 'substantial services,'
Divisional Bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice GS Kulkarni submitted a charter showing the number of suburban EMUs(electric multiple units) or multi-unit electricity-based train run both by Central and Western Railways before imposition of the Additional Solicitor General Of India, Anil Singh, who appeared on behalf of the Union of India.
