India bans 100 more apps including PUBG

On Wednesday, India banned more 100 apps including the most popular gaming app PUBG by the Ministry of information and technology as a result of ongoing tension between India and China in the eastern area of Ladakh which resulted in the ban of total 118 apps.
The other reason for banning the said apps were the complaints received by the Ministry of electronics and technology about the misuse of some mobile apps regarding stealing and secretly transmitting users data with possible locations outside of india which makes it an element of national security. Where Indian cyber crime coordination centre is blocking these apps even on public domain and take strict action as it is harming the privacy of citizens.
