Justice DY Chandrachud wrote to CJs of HCs saying that steps need to be taken to avail e-courts to specially-abled.

Supreme court’s e-committee has laid the importance of accessibility of e-courts to everyone including disabled lawyers and persons.

Justice DY Chandrachud chairperson of the e-committee has sent a letter to justices of high courts all over India to implement the suggestion.

He added that by digitalizing the submission and other processes, the physically challenged lawyers and persons would also be able to access the e-courts easily.
Further, he laid down various points about the process of doing the submissions on the online platform.
