Karnataka HC directs KPSC to provide details of preliminary exams for the post gazetted probationers

The Karnataka High Court directed the public service commission to provide information about the examination took place for the Post Gazetted probationers. The court wanted to know how many visually impaired students were provided with scribes and what the scribes’ qualifications of those scribes are.
The divisional bench of Justices Abhay Oka and A Ashok opposed to postpone the examinations but the issue of legality is sought to accessible for visually impaired candidates. The petition prayed that additional time of 20 minutes per hour or at least one-hour compensatory time for those candidates who are not availing the facility of scribe should be granted and also the same to be directed to KPSC.
