Law enforcers are not abiding laws by not wearing masks: Allahabad HC

On 27th September 2020, Allahabad high court expressed that the police authorities not only became unsuccessful in enforcing laws about social distancing and wearing masks but they themselves were seen rambling over, without wearing masks.
Due to this number of recommendations were proposed by the appearing advocates before the bench. The court asked the government counsel to contemplate the listed recommendations by the next hearing date.
Finally, the court has asked the government counsel to inform on how criminal trial on COVID-19 vaccine is moving on and when the ICMR or the concerned authorities are going to notify about the same.
