Delhi High Court governs the Delhi government & the Delhi Legal Service Authority to report an application of break off food security schemes for those people who don’t have ration cards. A bench of Justices Hima Kohli & S. Prasad takes a look on application reported by Delhi Roz Roti Adhikar Abhiyaan (DRRAA). DRRAA was advocated by Senior Adv. Sanjay Parikh & Adv. Prasanna S. Due to Pandemic situation marginalized people are facing food & economic crisis and now HC ask for the continuation of food & ration to people without ration cards. Affirmation was filed by DRRAA in October 2020 and depicts that still people are not getting basic food & informed sector people are not getting jobs. It is concluded that once this pandemic will over the ration distribution will also get over. But, for now it will not end abruptly.
