On failure to discharge its duty regarding COVID-19 state to modify state level committee: Karnataka HC

The Karnataka HC asked its state government to modify the state level committee which was constituted regarding the COVID-19 as it failed to perform its duty as per the instructions issued by the Supreme Court to supervise Covid-19 Hospitals. The bench of Karnataka reminded the government that “Right to guide a wholesome lifestyle” could be a section of the basic rights guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
