Suggestion of death penalty for corruption as same as china, North Korea, Indonesia etc... Order by Madras HC:

The Madras HC on Monday with the observation bench of Justice N. Kirubakaran and Justice B. Pugalendhi said that corruption is becoming normal now-a-days so for this the Madras HC on Monday opined that the central Government should consider imposing death penalty as a punishment for corrupt practices, as done in the foreign jurisdictions like China, North Korea, Indonesia, Thailand and Morocco. And they said that corruption has become deep rooted and spread like cancer and every day reported media that many officials are caught red handed, while taking bribes. They have given some directions for counter affidavit filed by Tamil Nadu civil supplies corporation they are:
1. The acts that have been done by the officials, who are found to be negligent or guilty.
2. The action taken as against the delinquent officials, both departmental and criminal action.
3. How much unaccounted money have been found and seized from the delinquent officials?
Further the court implied suo motu for state agriculture department and implied the state chief secretary, vigilance and Anti- corruption.
