Supreme Court seeking change of Trial judge in actor sexual assault case.

The Kerala government has filed a special leave petition before the Supreme Court challenging the High Court for seeking to change judge-holding trials in the sensational actor sexual assault case of 2017.
Prominent Malayalam actor Dileep is the 8th accused in the case earlier both States and the victims of the crime had filed application in the High Court of Kerala seeking to transfer the case from present code stating that she agreed by the “biased and hostile” attitude of the preceding judge.
She alleged that just set like mute spectator, the lawyer of Dileep raised and the judge refused to record certain portions of her testimony without any justification.
The court has observed that the prayer of transfer cannot be entertained at this stage The Supreme Court had ordered that the trial kiss should be completed expeditiously.
