The plea seeking Declaration of non-existence of Freedom of Speech in Sub judice Matters was refused by SC

On Friday the SC refused to entertain a plea sought for a declaration that the fundamental right to Freedom of Speech and Expression did not lie with reference to sub judice Matters and final order unless to the extent of fair and true reporting.
The judgement was given by CJI SA Bobde while the petition was filed by Dr Subash Vijyaran
