V.S Legal Associates is an established law firm, which is engaged in different practices for about two decades. It gives services like arbitration, corporate M&A, and commercial advisory. It also involves itself in banking, finance, employment laws, industrial dispute, and criminal litigation. It also has expertise in advising promoter families on family trust, settlement, partitions, and creating a direction to smooth succession. The Firm also has an international reach and national coverage through its association with various law firms based in the respective countries.
About the internship:
1 The interns must know basic drafting and vetting of documents.
2 Interns should possess strong research skills especially in procedural aspects & commercial laws.
3 They should have prior experience of reviewing & editing legal documents & write-ups.
4 The interns must have access to legal databases like Manupatra or SCC online.
Eligibility: Any law student can apply
Vacancy: Upto 4 interns
Time period: 30 days, 6 working days a week (March 2021).
Internship profile:
As it is an online internship, interns shall be required to be active on email at all times for tasks and assignments
The interns ought to be able to contribute a minimum of 6 hours a day.
Stipend/Perks/PPO: It is an unpaid internship. (Stipend is discretionary, based on work)
